While you may fill the chipped area, you'll have overspray all around (it would look like you did not apply enough powder to a part). Your options are to try and sand (feather) the edges of the chipped area and recoat the whole part, strip and start over, or try this for hook mark repair, may work for a chip. you can spray over the chipped area & re cure. as said sand the edges of the defect to blend/smooth as best as u can & re-spray. if you're doing that though it's a good idea to recoat the whole part for uniformity reasons.
