Caswell High Temp Powder - Plating Powder Coating Buffing Anodizing

baking a set of exhaust manifolds using Caswell 600deg powder and it doesnt seem to want to flow, even after ramping it up to 485

I don't know about caswells
but the high temp powder I have used in the past cure at 500 for 30 mins
and the flat one had a mini texture to it.

Caswell's high temp powders that I have used have a texture. Do not try to apply a second coat with the high temp powders either the second coat will crack and peel off because the silicone based powders can't be recoated.

maybe it is ok then.. it was my first try with the high temp and it wasnt as smooth and shinny as the regular powders so i assumed it wasnt right.
