Question Sanding Prior to Powder?
whats the finest grit that could be used to smooth out metal to get an extremely flat finish, but still allow powder to adhere good?

example being a motorcycle gas tank

i use 220 if sanded by hand
100 if sanded with DA
but nothing beats blasting
