Ya, I do some parts runs of 300+ as well, but then other times I am doing 5 colors of just a couple pieces in each color. How is it for low powder quantities? Whats the min amount of powder you need in the hopper to spray? Alot of times it's only 1 or 1/2 Lb I need of a color. Just basically thinking about the most versatility I guess.

I use tall plastic containers for smaller runs, the same containers I store my Golden Grahams & Raisin Bram in! they are ~ 5" diameter & 15" tall. they will hold ~ 5 lbs. of powder. for the system I have you can use the 55lb. boxes or this smaller scheme.
