I want to do some auto parts in a high gloss black. Which would be best?
Black Magic or Super wet Black? The parts will range from wiper arms, wheels, valve covers, engine pulleys etc.. just about anything auto or bike related. Are both just as good for any type parts? Is one better for say wheels where the other might be better for engine parts? Super Wet Black, 15 min(s) @ 392 °F cure time Black Magic , 10 min(s) @ 350°F cure time Since both cost the same anyway I'd rather just use one for everything, I am thinking Super Wet Black. My thought is Super wet curing at higher heat for longer time might be more durable in hard use or higher normal heat like calipers and brake drums perhaps (not exhaust of course). Is that general thinking of higher cure temps and longer times for powders correct for comparing powders that may be used for heated areas or chemicals like oils, brake fluid, etc...? |
