Iron Phosphate Primer? How good the seal?

I just ordered a pint of Iron Phosphate Primer. I have a bad problem here with flash rust!
Blasted 6 small parts tonight at once, washed, rinsed, acetoned, before I got 4 parts coated I saw rust on the last 2 parts

How good a seal is the Iron Phosphate Primer, I figure it should stop the flash rust problem. Will it be good for long term rust prevention also? I am stripping out some vans and cars for parts for my newest hot rod. I would like to clean and prep parts now as I strip the vehicles, then store parts and coat later when I build the rod. Not decided on colors right now that I will use, should start the build about DEC.
Would the Iron Phosphate Primer prevent rust in a humid area like this? South MO.
Parts won't be exposed to rain or water, just hanging on a wall in an unheated area most the time. Smaller parts I may bag up with Silica beads, Large parts like Twin Ibeam axles I may not unless I have too.

The Iron Phosphate seems to work for me. I do my coating out of my basement and never have flash rust issues. What I do is sandblast, blow part off, spray Iron Phosphate on, rinse off after 5 minutes, put in the oven to dry and preheat the part, and then it comes out with no rust and ready to coat. I don't wipe with any chemicals and seldom use nitrile gloves. It seems to work for me!

I'll be watching my parts close, I've noticed a couple things quickly flash rusted (like that chipping hammer) but another plain 1/4" steel part has laid outside for 2-3 days/nights, and no visible signs of rust yet on it. All were blasted at same time.

I actually got the package Tuesday about 3pm according to UPS tracking, I did not know that until just now when I checked the tracking numbers and it said delivered, so I went out and started looking in vehicles (11pm tonight) and there it sat in an old truck, been there for 2 days!

Not had a chance to use it yet of course.
