Glow in the dark additive

Anyone know if the glow in the dark additive will change the color of the base powder in daylight? We are building my son a new railbuggy and he wants the glow in the dark, but looking at the color chips , it seems to look like it puts a yellow tint to the white. Would it be effective in yellow, or one of the neon colors?
I also wonder about putting it over another color, and sifting the glow additive into a clearcoat? I'm sure it would change the color as well, but maybe it could go over a darker color and still glow by putting in the clear??

I recently used the glow in the dark additive on my motorcycle air filter covers. I used it with the psycho lime. It did change the texture of the color but not really the color. Maybe I didn't sift it enough but it appears like a primer compared to the rest of my parts done in the psycho lime. Try it on something small first to see if you like the results. I am happy with it but like I said it didn't come out smooth. make sure you sift it good maybe that was my problem.

Thanks for the input. Hopefully someone with more experience with it will chime in and answer both our questions.

Did you clearcoat, and put the additive in it? Or did you mix it with the candy lime?
