Default Powdercoating Plastic

I read on another forum where someone pc a welding helmet. They aren't metal so I wonder how this was done.

And ,if you can pc a welding helmet do you think a truck grill(plastic) could be pc?

Try the search function on this and the other forum, you should have quite a bit of reading material. It's been done, use a low cure powder or cure at a lower temp. I've read some plastics will work out better than others, but nearly all will outgas.

my son pc a cow skull --and it worked
