after you blast it hit it with a wire wheel to knock down the blast profile. it will have that cast look if you don't go crazy with it.

i use (blasted aluminium finish) powder, it s very close to the look of a freshly blasted aluminium done with new very fine glassbeads .
since caswell does not carry that color i guess i can say that it s from eastwood |
