Thanks FigureLLC the shop is all custom built, next i plan on building a larg custom vibrating tumbler for cermanic coatings. Also Nuttyman the CNC machine is a Larg CNC mill from a mold shop. it works out perfect to mix alittle cnc work into the powdercoating.

please please post pics of the tumbler. from what i've read, they're tough to build, due to their violent nature. it looks like you know what you're doing, though.

Looks good What do you use to move the parts from the spray booth to the oven.Iam working on some kind of pully set-up.What kind of track and wheels did you use

I have a track system set up just like the ones that barn doors slide on. I have a removable peice that joins the booth to the oven for the middle.
