my homemade powdercoating shop

will for last last while i have been building a small powdercoating shop at a small building I have been renting. I thought it was time to get it out of my house. here are some pictures of my current set up. I built everything from my own custom blueprints. I still have lots of work to do and more improvments to make but at least for now I am up and running. The spray booth is 8' x 8' x 8', the oven is 8' x 4' x 4' the sandblasting room is 8' x 6' x 4'.

powder coating gun. 1 itw gema easyselect and 1 caswell 50 kv system. even though I have a pro gun I still use the caswell gun all the time for the smaller jobs

it will be nice to make some $$$ cause all I have done so far is spent $$$$$. But to tell you the truth I have enjoyed the hole building process. It was realy important for me to have a good looking shop for customers to come in and see.

yes it is. I can make ya a CNC cut sign for your new shop. You can of-course put the powder-coated-tough finish on it

thanks for the offer but I already have that part figered out. my brother has a CNC machine in a shop down the road
