Default Minimum charge

First,I have to say that this forum is just WONDERFUL and very instructive...All of you are very generous...Thanks.
I have an easy question...All of you that are in business..do you have any minimum charge and/or colour change charge or set up charge ? I am doing powder coating since one year for myself but now with a Gema Gun I have to do PC for other and get some $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ so help me with this.

i've heard of some people that charge an oven fee because they have ovens much larger than the small parts customers want coated. color change fees would vary a lot based on your system setup, depending on how long it takes. we can change colors in a minute or two, so i wouldn't charge for it.

we charge a 1 hr min. @ $55/hr shop rate unless we have another job going on with the same powder & we can throw the part in a batch.
