Default What causes powder coat to chip easily

I am a bit concerned about this because I have done some parts and come out flawless but they have a tendency to chip real easy. Im wondering if this is due to under baking of over baking or some other reason. What is it that im doing wrong? And what should I do to prevent this?
Thanks

I dont really have any specific steps, but im all open ears. I pretty much wait till the part is pretty close to the indicated cure time and leave it in until the time indicated on the can

You need to get yourself an IR Temp Gun. If the cure instructions say 10 min @ 400, it's when the part reaches 400 degrees, then start the clock. You need to open the oven door a bit to check the part temp. Don't try reading the temp thru the glass.
