Default Bake in a non-gas oven....

I've noticed that all of the powders I get from Caswell specifically say not to use a gas fired oven. Yet I keep reading posts about gas ovens....so what's the deal? I can't see them putting this on their products for no reason...

it's just a safety precaution. powder is flammable

liability. we cook with gas. the place i used to work cooked with gas. but my lawyer says i can't tell you to try it.
