Wrinkle finish on non wrinkle powders?

Does anyone know of such an additive? I did a bit of searching on this forum and does not seem like this question has been brought up in the past.

I have a friend who wants some parts done in a color close to kawasaki green, looks similar to tropical green, from what I can see in the powders. He wants a wrinkle finish, however, and I have run into an issue finding this color as a wrinkle finish. I have done some google searching for an additive that will produce a wrinkle finish on a non-wrinkle powder but found nothing. In my searches I did notice that coating shops say they can wrinkle any finish, so it leads me to believe that there is such a thing out there.

I'm sure if all else fails, he could settle for a normal finish, but being able to wrinkle turf green or tropical green would be a plus.

I don't really know how much help this will be, but I'm just throwing it out there...

There was a sales rep that came to visit me from a company (it was either Prism Powder Coatings Ltd. or IFC Coatings Inc...and neither of their brochures have a website on them.) and he told me that they offer every RAL color in a variety of finishes and glosses, and I believe wrinkle was one of them. Their minimum order quantity was 50 lbs., I think, but the guy made it seem like they were quite willing to work with smaller businesses.

I've never heard of a commercially availabe additive to make a wrinkle finish, but I'm no expert.

I know of a Green Wrinkle but it looks like the color of grass.
