Couple of questions

1. When PC'ing a part that does not have any places to hang the part from that are not getting coated how do you do it, PC one half bake it then do the other?

2. Will small pits from rust show up after PC, I am starting my first project which is a vintage bike and on the forks the first part I am doing it has some pitting. Will it show up in the finish like it would if it was painted? If it will I wouldn't think filler would work in the oven and it probably doesn't conduct electricity. Do I need to fill it with braising or will like JB weld work?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It will show up some.
you can use an Hi Temp body filler on it. Caswell has one called Lab Metal that will work fine.

And for you part that has no where to hang it by, I don't know what to tell you. but if you did half and then the other half later then it will stick to what it's laying on and mess up you powder job.
