Default Farady?

I have had this problem with second coats -only the clear. I've tried diff. brands- thay all do it. I've tried letting the part cool, then reheating to about 125F, then spraying, this does not help. I've tried spraying hot, too hard to get an even coat. I bought a new gun,(50kv to a 100kv)
checked my grounds.......I am lost and very frustrated. Hopefully it's something simple I'm just missing. Can anyone help?

I'm trying to load a photo but it's not working. It's not really faraday, It gets rejected in little circle patterns.

Yes, it does happen with higher voltage and close proximity- about 12" at 50kv

that's not farraday. they're voltage craters---little star shaped craters. only way to get rid of them is to blow off all the powder from the piece & wipe it down or heat up the part to dis-charge. when re-shooting hold the gun slightly farther away from the piece & lower your voltage.

Is anyone still having this problem, or was I the only one. I found a solution. If anyone would like to know what I did, you can email me at: uricad@mac.com

I'm not having problems but I feel you should post your tips/tricks as everyone else does.
