I have had this problem with second coats -only the clear. I've tried diff. brands- thay all do it. I've tried letting the part cool, then reheating to about 125F, then spraying, this does not help. I've tried spraying hot, too hard to get an even coat. I bought a new gun,(50kv to a 100kv)
checked my grounds.......I am lost and very frustrated. Hopefully it's something simple I'm just missing. Can anyone help?

For second coats and Faraday areas come down with the kv's. Don't shoot directly into Faraday areas, shoot at an angle. Could also try coming down with air and powder flow.
