Finally did my first piece.....
I'd like to start with a big thanks to everyone for all the great knowledge there is to learn here.I've spent lots of time reading & hopefully I'll be able to cotribute at somepoint......again thanks......so I shot my first piece today.A hub for 1 of my bikes.Was acually not disappointed with the results.There were no runs & I got what I think was pretty good coverage.Unfortunatly the hub is in bad shape(pits from years of rust) & it shows through.(but I expected that).So I will strip it & probably give it a skim coat of lab metal. Also I added a auto drain to my compressor & made a couple desicant dryers....info that I got here.
