Glow in the dark additive - Plating Powder Coating Buffing Anodizing

I have some questions about the glow in the dark additive for the powder coat. A co-worker was wondering if it only glows in the green. Im fairly sure it dose but just to answer his question. The other is is there any extra prep steps for this? Or do I just do my normal prep steps? Any long term issues with it?

it comes in red, orange, green and yellow those are the ones i've seen
it's mixed up with clear so it can be used over any powder but it works best with light colors like yellow or white .

If it's already mixed with the clear, do you have to put clear over it, or is it alright as a top coat?

you have to mix it with clear.
it's used as a top coat.
