Default Blast Cabinet Gun ??

i seem to have problems with cabinet blast guns, they seem to cut back on pressure, and it takes me forever to blast parts.. when i bleed my inline filters it almost takes your hand off just thru that little screw bleedhole, but then after my 10' hose and blast gun i seem to only have about half that pressure, and ive tried a few HF guns.. any ideas?

Here's something I just learned the other day. I bought a pressure regulator with a water trap. Hook that baby up and was in business. But like you, my pressure at the gun seemed to be lacking. It took me a few days to figure it out (4 or 5). I took the new regulator out of the line and presto!! it worked like it used too. It was the regulator. Check that out and see if it helps.

Just wondering if you are getting water from the compressor and it is causing the media to clog in the gun?Do you have a dryer on the line,if so is it atleast 25 feet from ythe compressor to give the air a chance to dry.

No, I don't have a dryer in the line. And I do get some moister in the water trap, but never in my media. I not had a problem with that. But I have a T in my line about 16 inches up from the bottom. That allows moister to collect there and not blow out my hose.

I have two different media blast systems. One is the suction feed and the other is the PA Blaster setup (pressure pot). No problems with moister.
