gloss powder has dull spots - Plating Powder Coating Buffing Anodizing

I just got done powder coating a motorcycle frame,95% of the frame looks great,however up front on the fork tubes the powder looks dull,it's not the entire tube just parts of it.What can I do to make those spots glosser without doing the whole frame over?Thanks.

I have never seen a frame that the fork tubes were part of it. what kind of frame is it? Are the spots large? Put a stickers over them!

i never seen frame with fork tubes that were part of it either,
but if they are spots only maybe you could buff it out to see if you can add more shine to it

Wrong wording,I meant to say the front tubes not forks.What type of buff can I use?
