Newbie with Questions:

Got everything setup and have been reading a lot of the postings, but have this one question? I purchased Caswells Liquiguard PC for aluminum and not exactly sure how or if I need to even use it. I'm PC over T-6061 aluminum which I have milled and not sure what to do next. I've read about washing it, pre gasing, blasting, not blasting, not needing to pre-gas because it's not cast aluminum. wiping it down with acitone, etc, etc.

So exactly what do I need to do to prep the aluminum??-

wipe it down with denatured alcohol, make sure it is dry which it will dry very quickly & shoot it.

Nuttyman,
I noticed you use denatured alcohol to pre clean the part. Is that better than Acetone and Purple power, which is a cleaner/degreaser? I've tried Acetone, then purple power and then acetone again and I'm still getting some carters on the final PC.
