Default Powder Coating Over Chrome
Has anyone ever Powder Coated over Chrome? How do you prep the surface correctly? Can you just clean it with a phosphate solution?

wipe it with acetone, hit it with some clean air to remove any lint, boom. the adhesion may be compromised a bit since the chrome is so smooth.

If you're using a solid color you can go over the surface with a scotchbrite to help with adhesion.
