What I have used is a small touch up gun with a .5 or smaller tip and an air brush to do the Ceramic. You can get some ceramic that is air dry and finish curing on the engine, or you need to be able to heat up to 500+ in your oven. They suggest 500 to 700. But some say more. The Chrome needs the heat. I get Cerkote Chrome from here. It's a NIC product, but is rebottled here to 4 oz or more, if needed.
I use Techline for the Satin.
It's a bit fussy about how it is applied and will run and can leave ditches in the finish.
