Default MC hubs

Has anyone powder coated motorcycle hubs? I was curious on the plugging of all the spoke holes as they are straight through. Do you plug one side and when done just use a twist drill in a pin vise to clean up or plug from both ends? Is anodizing better for this operation?

I don't plug them
I clean them up after cure with a hobby knife or a drill.
if you have a pro gun you can take advatange of the cage effect ,use it at 80Kv-100Kv and not much powder goes in to the holes making the cleaning of the holes a lot easier later.

I guess I will have to wait on the "pro gun" cage effect for a little while so I will experiment and see how it goes...Just didn't want to mess up and chip the PC.

don't worry about it. I've done lots of hubs & have never once had an issue.
