Does anyone use IRON PHOSPHAT??

I read on the Columbia coatings website that they advise everyone to wash there parts with iron phosphate before final cleaning to help adheasion..

Do you still use a cleaner after using iron phosphate or do you just dry the parts off in the oven and shoot?

After I phosphate I spray it down with distilled water,dry it, powder & cure.

After the final rinse during phosphating just dry the part wether it's in the oven, air dry or compressed air (be sure your air supply is clean).
If your using a no rinse product, just dry and coat.

I have used the Surcoat 915. Works good for me.... You have to heat up any phosphate you get. If they say it doesn't need heat I have found out it will not work as good.
