Default Can I touch-up this valve cover or do I have to start over?

I powdercoated this valve cover for another person, I masked the coilpack holes thinking that he was using a certain kind, turns out he's using another kind of coilpack so now I have some raw aluminum on the edges of the holes. Is there any way that I can just re-touch/add some powder in the bare areas or do I have to strip the whole thing and start over?
Thanks in advance for any help or input.

What powder is it? If it's not high temp, sand the part with some 220 or 320 grit and blow it off with clean/dry air. Wipe it down with denatured alcohol, tack cloth and clean/dry air again. Just be sure the denatured alcohol has dried completely and shoot another coat.

It is high temp. flat black, does that mean I have to strip or can I still use the technique you just described?
    Thanks

High Temps are silicone based powders, no chance at a second coat. You'll have to strip it. You don't have to use high temp on a vc.

Harleydad, I would like your input on PC'ing Harley parts. I'm getting a 09 StreetGlide soon and I would like to PC the rocker covers, outer primary casing, cam cover, etc... in flat black. Would you recommend high temp. powder for some of the parts are is a normal flat black OK?
    Thank you.

One last question, if I PC Harley parts in flat black with normal powder, can I leave it as is or is there a clear you would recommend that would keep the gloss level low? ie. can I just flat black it or should I add a clear as well?
    Thank you.
