Thread display question - date sort & quick reply problems

I noticed the other day that the dates of the posts in this thread are scrambled. Newest post is not first, but randomly mixed. I checked all my settings, then looked at another section on the site and they list fine. Newest post first, etc.
I looked for a place to ask site questions to no avail and didnt think it was a caswell "tech support" question. I am a member of other sites that use this same site/thread/post design so am pretty familiar with it. Can someone at Caswell's IT dept look into this?

I also found that I cannot post a "quick reply". There are no "icons above" in the quick reply window to select.

A normal reply to a post works OK, but in the quick reply, it is missing the icons that need to selected to enter anything in the composition window.

BTW, I am logged in and the posting rules say I can post, reply, include attachments, etc.

Checked - all working fine here.

Sounds like an issue with your PC/browser - something is blocking or scrambling cookies sent from our server.
