    Default Powder coating systems

I'm looking to upgrade from my POS hobby gunicon. I'd like to spend some money and get somthing quality. I want somthing with a seperate hopper and adjustable KV. I need somthing with a strong electrostatic charge to do multiple coats on rims without having to hot flock. I would appreciate any ideas. Thanks, Jeff.

The Hyper smooth pony gun has a hopper attachment available to convert it from a cup gun to a hopper gun. The Hyper Smooth 02 Unit is a professional grade gun hopper gun and can do multi coats no problem. They also have a multi coat nozzle that is awesome. It allows you to coat glass, wood, and other non conductive material without hot flocking.

I wonder how that nozzle works. I just saw a video of it in action. I want one.

No it will not work with the pony gun. I talked with Brian at Columbia Coatings about it and he said that the pony gun did not have the correct electronics to use the tip.

It also will not shoot metallics and you can get it for $20.00 somewhere on another forum.
