Heat Source - Plating Powder Coating Buffing Anodizing

I need an oven about 8’x8’ 10’ what would be a good heat source. I have access to electric and natural gas.

Use the Electric as a heat source. It's safter.

What should I use for heating elements and Thermostats.
Has any anybody used elements out of a home central heating system to heat there ovens.
