anodizing and/or powder coating estimate request

I'm working on a quote for some handles for a tool a customer. Very similar to screwdriver handles.

The handles are 6061 aluminum, less than 1" in diameter and about 4" long. There is a 5/16 - 18 tapped hole in 1 end. Sounds like 50 pieces in this run.

Nothing special is required. Just a gloss black or dark blue color, something along those lines, nothing critical.

Not sure if we are going to go with a powder coat or an anodize at this point. Cost would be a big factor in the decision.

Parts would be shipped to you pre-polished. You would only need to do a cleaning and then start anodizing or powder coating.
