Default Looking for Titanium Nitride plating
Anyone here able to do TiN plating in the US? I'd like to plate the fork tube off my motorcycle but haven't had much luck finding a plater who can do it.

are they aluminum? there is a person that dose plate .. i will try to find out the contact infor for you ....

Hmm, good question. I'd have to assume they're aluminum being very recent vintage.

then you don't want them plated ... aluminum should be polished to a high luster ... they will look better ... but i will look for that info for you...

AC, are you talking about coating mc fork tubes? They are hard chromed steel, not aluminum. I'd look for suspension sites for coating the forks. Lindemann, Aftershocks are good rebuild places.
