Anodizing Services Needed

Hello

We are looking for a cost-effective way of anodizing or finishing some OEM parts. Once the process and cost has been established this will be an ongoing relationship.

We have some aluminum lugs that we need finished with some process. The idea of finishing them is to give them a better appearance.

We are not experts in the plating or anodizing processes and our looking for ideas?

We will consider most process from chrome look to colored anodizing to any other process that will give us an attractive finish and cost less than $1 per part.

If anodizing, we have 2 parts, one we desire to have a red color and one a black color.

If chrome, both chrome.

Each part is about 2 inches x 1 inch in size.
We currently are in need of 100 units with the yearly potential of 30,000 units total,

Speed of delivery will also be a condideration. Once running we will order in lots of 1000 when possible.

If things work well there is the potential of additional plateing work for other projects.

We will need ideas and costs per part.
