Default Coating of Organic Material

I am looking to find a job shop that can coat an organic, non-conductive material which can not withstand extremely high temperatures. I am assuming I will need either: A) an air dried solvent based coating, or (B) a 2 part primer with a hardener and then a conductive coating on top of that. Please let me know if there are other options.

The part will need to be completely encapsulated. It will be used as a desktop display, and the material to be coated can not leach out.

Thanks!
