Powder Coating Wanted
I’m looking for someone to PC the recessed areas in three metal rings (jewelry) approx 0.9" diameter and 0.3" wide. I need to evaluate the feasibility and durability before investing in equipment.
Carved out areas are 0.006” deep and the coating needs to remain just below the surface – so a coating thickness of 0.004” is ideal. Any solid color is fine, but I prefer black. Residual PC on the outer surface is OK as I will sand the outer surface anyway. I have three rings to send out. Looking for someone who has experience with small parts.
