Need help polishing swords in Dallas

I have two swords from Toledo Spain, carbon steel as best I can tell, they both have some minor rust and tarnish from a few years of neglect. I need someone in Dallas with buffers / compunds to help me bring them back to life or if you know where I can go please make a recommendation.
