Selling Entire Contents of Shop

I am selling the entire contents of my shop due to a recent health problem. It is located in Richmond VA. I was only open for 2 weeks before I got the news about my health. The contents of the shop are as follows:

King Coat gun with hopper
EZ-50 Gun with 5 cups
60 gal 5hp compressor
20gal parts washer
clarke small blasting cabinet
40lb pressure pot
Homemade 4x8 Oven (gas)
4x8 homemade booth
about 20lbs of powder
2 sets if wheels for display
lots of other miscellaneous items

The building im in is, 2000sq and the rent is 850 per month. Its in a great location, lots of college kids to do bike frames for as well as a larger following of motorcycles and ATV customers. I would like to sell everything and have someone take over the lease on the building. But if it comes to it I will piece it out, as I will need the money for medical bills.
