Exclamation Buyers - Read This Before Dealing On This Forum

Occasionally, our customers have equipment that they no longer require, and may offer it for sale or trade on this forum. It is important that you understand the following before making any deals.

- Caswell Inc will take NO respsonsibility for any posting on this forum. If the person you are dealing with does not perform, your only recourse is with them. Please be warned that you are 100% responsible for ensuring the seller and item are legitimate and meet your requirements.
- Caswell Inc. does not extend any warranties on our products to a second purchaser (you). We are unable to verify the condition of products offered here, and as such, are unable to provide any warranties.
- You MUST NOT purchase any items that are HAZARDOUS GOODS, even if you plan on picking them up. Transporting hazardous goods without proper packaging and documentation, which must be completed by a certified person, is a serious violation of FEDERAL law and could lead to fines, jailtime, or worse, the injury or death of innocent persons. Please buy these items from us. We have the proper packaging and training to ship these dangerous goods.
- You should use extreme caution if planning on purchasing used plating solutions. You have very little way of knowing how those chemicals have been used, whether they are contaminated etc. Caveat Emptor!
