Bought two and decided that I only need one....

Mastech 30v/30a model, includes three cables with aligator clips. I paid $292 after shipping for this one. I will pass it on to you for $250 shipped, payment by PayPal.

Box has been opened and unit powered on to be sure it worked, but other then that is has been in the box in my closet.

I am kinda worried. I payed to have it shipped out UPS 3 Day and never heard from you today after I sent the payment. I also tried emailing you. No response

I need this to finish a job that has to be done by the first.

You asked if I could send it UPS 3 day, you did not say when nor did I agree to ship on any specified date. If you are not satisfied with that then I will refund your payment.

Wow, ok... Whats the point of paying for fast shipping if you going to hang onto it for a while
