  • Teflon Coating after Anodizing

I have a small anodizing outfit that does mainly RC car parts. A lot of rc enthusiasts want their shock bodies anodized a different color. I strongly discourage this because the inside bore of the shocks are Teflon coated and once you strip the anodizing you lose the coating.

My question is, how would I go about being able to put that coating back on for them without ruining the anodized coating?

Do you need to re anodize the inside ? could you possibly just plug the shocks so the inside is left as is ?
