    anodizing tank at 264 g/l and slow need to get back to 180 -200 or should i just leave it to come down by its self ? please help

          I would remove about 20% of the bath and replace it with DI water. 264g/L is a pretty high H2SO4 level and will make it tough to do good consistent work.
          Process control doesn't give you good quality, it gives you consistent quality.
          Good quality comes from consistently doing the right things.
