  • Amp fluctuation

Hi! Sometimes my rectifier fluctuates by .1 amps, I made sure I had good connection all around with a multimeter. Nonetheless it doesn't maintain constant amps. Any ideas/suggestions??
    Thanks!!

Which Rectifier do you have ?

Does it drop off only while in session or while it is out of the solution as well ?

What voltage and current is it running at when this happens?

What are your process conditions (bath temperature, agitation level, process area)?
Process control doesn't give you good quality, it gives you consistent quality.
Good quality comes from consistently doing the right things.
