  • Volts are peaking

I've been having troubles with my voltage through CC method.

    My surface area is correct
    Following strict to 720 rule
When I fire up rectifier volts are reading 10 when no current has been applied yet.

25-35 minutes in to my plating the rectifier peaks.
I am using aluminum weld wire to rack my part. The wire is getting burnt for sure.

    What do I do?

I am using a Volteq 0-30V 0-200 Amp DC voltage rectifier.

I have been using aluminum weld wire to rack my parts. The wire has been getting burnt and I think that's where current is meeting too much resistance. I ordered some anodizing rack components from Sequel Corp. Hopefully that will remedy my situation.
