    We are encountering uneven appearance on anodizing process, what possible be the root cause and how to avoid this kind of issue?

    It could be a few things such as improper pre-treatment (cleaning, etching, etc) or it could be in the alloy itself. It could be local tempering from the machining process, but it doesn't really look like that.

    What alloy is it?
    Is it an isolated one-off problem, or do you see it on multiple parts?
    Can you describe your process?
    Process control doesn't give you good quality, it gives you consistent quality.
    Good quality comes from consistently doing the right things.
