  • Anodizing cast aluminum

    Hi,

I'm trying to anodize a cooling head for a radio controlled car engine, using my usual (successfull) process and I simply can't get a good result.

It get's chalky, it doen't take color right, it get's spotted (looks like there are air pockets or something breaking open during anodizing) etc.
The part was anodized before, so I know it's got to be possible.

    Heeeeeeelp, please!!

    Hi Stefan:

We are not able to address product support issues in this forum.

Please direct your question to our support area at http://www.caswellplating.com/support.htm, where we have a specialized system in place called PRS that we use to track customer support issues.

    Thanks
