Need help on choosing a rack please

Well, there are alot of choices for racks and I have a 20 gallon anodizing tank that is a utility sink (thanks to the ppl that recamended it, its working great) so I need to know what will fit in there with the cathodes I have. I am going to be clipping parts that are related to paintball which is alot of sizes and shaped, some barrels which are about .70 inches in diamter, some parts where the biggest hole is about .05-.1 inches. Some parts have no holes at all, I need sujestions on what to look for, thanks,

Are you asking about size, materials, construction or connection methods?

I think you should let us know what your thinking of first and then we can give some recommendations from there.

Have you considered a Sputwelder?

The contact/connection is far superior to any clip.

Hey, I checked out the sputwelder on ur site and I am very interested, I just need to know, the aluminum from the sputwelder will not leave any fragment of the aluminum wire on the original piece, will it? Also I use aluminum ground wire from radio shack for my anodizing, it will work for that, right? Thanks,

Doesnt leave a fragment from the wire but does leave a surface blem. I wanted to use one also but some parts on pball guns simply didnt have a place that was either hidden or wasnt needed for mechanical functionality(theres a small rough crater left the size of the wire you use).

now this is making me think that this will not workout, is it possible to put it in threading or small holes becuase most pb parts have something like that.

Surely there is somewhere you can thread an aluminum screw or rod into?

Use the Sputwelder to attach to that.

We believe a titanium clip will leave a footprint just as big, if not bigger than a Sputwelded wire.

There are too many people doing PB guns for it to be very difficult. They should have a threaded hole somewhere to thread a piece of alum. wire into. I use a sput welder on all the parts I do. There is a technique I use for dead holes and difficult areas to hit without arcing. I have accumulated drinking straws and plastic tubing of different sizes that I cut lengths the size i need to bypass the problem and run the wire to be welded through it to make my weld without any problems. If your dead set on racking, go with Ti and either a pin or slim finger setup. It sounds like you may be making a common mistake of over thinking. The K.I.S.S. method almost always works best.
