  • re-anodizing

I have some old aluminium parts that are already anodized in green.

I want to re-anodize them and change the color to black.

Do I need to reemove the old anodizing.

If so, I'd like to avoid sanding because I dont want to change the dimmension of this parts. What chemnicals can I use to achive this? Do you sell a product for this?

Thank you very much for the help

Yes, you need to strip the old anodize.

We sell an effective anodize stripper - see http://www.caswellplating.com/kits/aluminum.htm
