i got a submersible agitater with my kit. doesn't work unless it's submerged. can i submerge it in the solution??

Yes, you may (should) completely submerge it.

I'm curious how your agitator is working out. Is it the filter/agitator advertised on the site? How big is your tank? how often does the filter need to be cleaned?

I still haven't received a reply from product support about this device, so I'm just fishin' for info....
