im having trouble with getting a bright finish in deep recesses (lcd) areas. im running a 12 gal set up with pump,fillter. ph is at 5.5 temp is 80. plenty of anode surface. i do realize the copycad is a chloride zinc bath and has poor throwing power compared to a cyanide bath but i dont want to mess with that. basically im looking to maximize the throwing power by measuring and adjusting the total zinc concentration of the bath. my question is what is a easy to to measure and adjust the zinc levels without sending a sample to a lab.
